Job Description

- Job Duties:
- We will be hauling silage, wheat, and other crops and grain from being harvested to the bin from the field and performing daily service/repair of semi trucks and equipment as part of the custom harvesting process. Job duties may include and are not limited to tasks such as: guide products on conveyors to regulate flow through machines; load crops and drive trucks to transport to and from fields and/or storage locations or facilities; load and unload materials and commodities; load inputs and drive trucks to transport to fields; repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; use hand tools such as wrenches, crow bars, air tools, electric tools; work in extreme temperatures. Equipment such as but not limited to the following will be used/operated by the workers in conjunction with the duties being performed: pickups, cars, etc, semi trucks, tractor/trailer combinations, tractors. The workers will be performing the duties to help produce: corn, grain sorghum, hay, silage, soybeans, wheat. Speak English.

- Special Requirements:
- Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain following hire appropriate CDL and obtain clean driving record to drive trucks. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
