- Job Duties:
- Saratoga Partnership is a progressive row crop operation that farms approximately 14,000 acres of dryland and irrigated corn and soybeans in Iowa and Missouri. The partners and employees are a unique and diverse group of individuals that combine and compliment strengths to enable Saratoga Partnership to thrive in an ever changing agricultural environment. The company utilizes current technology and equipment for the farming operations. Saratoga Partnership values people and the role good employees play in the success of the operation. Employees will assist with machine operating for planting, harvesting, tillage, application, and land improvement. Employees will operate a truck to haul grain. Employees will spray crops and operate irrigation equipment. Employees will assist with all aspects of growing these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Employees will work some Sundays. Per state regulations, employer is exempt from CDL requirement for farm trucking. No commercial or heavy truck driving is required. Employer may provide pay increases for performance and experience at employer’s discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer’s discretion.
