Special Requirements:

Employer requires at least one year of experience working on a farm or ranch and performing work such as caring for livestock, fixing fences, cutting trees, mowing and baling hay, etc. The employers ranch spans a substantial area encompassing remote and rugged terrains in South Texas, in the proximity of Big Bend National Park and the U.S. Mexico border. Given the remoteness of the range and the lack of population and services in the proximity, the employer requires 12 months of experience in farming or ranching so that the employee will be better equipped to carry out his or her duties, such as fencing repair and the filling and maintaining of feeders which are heavy pieces of equipment which must be transported over difficult terrain - in the remote expanses of the ranch to a satisfactory and safe degree.
