- Job Duties:
- We are looking to hire seasonal harvest help to help us with our fall harvest. The workers will be required to operate farm equipment or drive a farm semi/trailer. Job duties may include and are not limited to tasks such as: load crops and drive trucks to transport to and from fields and/or storage locations or facilities, load and unload materials and commodities, load inputs and drive trucks to transport to fields, operate self propelled machinery. Equipment such as but not limited to the following will be used/operated by the workers in conjunction with the duties being performed: augers, bins, silos, loading and unloading facilities, combines or other harvesting equipment, grain carts, self-propelled machinery, semi trucks, tractor/trailer combinations, tractors. The workers will be performing the duties to help produce: corn, soybeans. Speak and understand english.

- Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a drug test at no cost to the worker and be subject to the employers drug free and alcohol free workplace policy including testing protocols. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
