Job Duties:
The company grows rootstocks and make grapevines from different grapes varietals clones. We graft and make plants then we sell the plants to many wineries and companies that plant vineyards. Workers start picking the rootstocks from the field then cut into pieces that afterwards will be grafted and we wait to form calluses then we can pot the plants and irrigate, fertilize and wait to be ready for delivered to our clients. The process is long and require many steps and a strict protocol. Our workers use different tools like: Pruning shears, grafting machine Knifes, Hoe Shovels, Electric tools ( Electric pruner, electric saw, electric edger) which we train them all and provide safety gear.
