Job Description

- Job Duties:
- Operate forklift to load cotton bales onto cargo van; participate in the inspection, storage, and post harvest treatment of crops; operate module feeder, gin stand, lint cleaner, press, bagger; remove plastic wrap or tarp; minor daily and incidental upkeep to equipment and worksite; receive, store, ship; operate skid steer and conveyer; maintain facility cleanliness and safety; maintain inventory; load cotton bales/modules, drive truck to move to storage; control weeds and grasses in the gin yard; clean, repair and service equipment such as fixing tires; weigh crops and record information; unload pallets.

- Special Requirements:
- Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a drug test at no cost to the worker and be subject to the employers drug free and alcohol free workplace policy including testing protocols. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
