- Job Duties:
- Workers will: perform manual agricultural tasks; assist with harvesting activities; maintain inventory of materials, such as PPE, water, and supplies for coworkers; maintain operational records; operate vehicles used on the farm, including passenger vehicles; advise others on farming operations and equipment; monitor the work of seasonal help; and other tasks and duties under SOC Code 45-2092. Related duties may be assigned. Work is performed outdoors in highly varied weather conditions. Frequent walking, stooping, bending, crouching, and kneeling is required. Being on one’s feet for long periods of time is required. Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds is required. Frequent turning, pushing, and pulling is required. Dexterity to use and manipulate hand tools, farm equipment, and crops is required. Vision, focus, and cognitive ability to accomplish the functions above is required.

- Workers must have 30 days verifiable experience performing the job duties under Section A(8)(a). Work schedules may be subject to change where weather, crops, or business needs demand. Work schedules, crew assignments, and assigned work tasks are ultimately at the sole discretion of the employer. For purposes of meeting the 3/4 guarantee, workers will not be required to work more than the number of hours specified in this job order or on their Sabbath or Federal holidays. Workers must comply with the employers work rules and housing rules, which are set forth in full in this job order. Workers must comply with the employers personnel policies, including but not limited to its policies regarding safety, harassment/discrimination, abusive conduct, and drugs and alcohol. Workers must follow all reasonable and lawful instructions and directives. The employer reserves all management prerogatives not inconsistent with applicable law.
