- Operate agricultural equipment to perform manure spreading to improve soil quality and enhance nutrient cycling for the upcoming planting season (alfalfa, beans and corn). The work day may begin / end earlier or later on any given day and evening. Typical workweek is Monday to Saturday, 7 a.m. - 5 p.m., with potential nights and weekends required depending on the crops and weather.
