- Special Requirements:
- A minimum of three (3) months verifiable experience. Workers must be able to obtain their drivers license within 30-90 days of hire. Workers will perform manual and physical work requiring extensive pushing, pulling, sitting or walking, frequent stooping, bending over and movements might be repetitive. Job duties include lifting of agricultural tools and equipment that weigh up to 60lbs. Most work is performed outdoors and with Nebraska's severe winter weather, workers will be exposed to extreme cold temperatures and severe weather conditions like blizzards and snow. No texting and use of cellphone during working hours, while operating machinery, equipment and driving vehicles. All tools are provided by the employer.
