- Job Duties:
- We operate a farm, harvesting corn and soybeans. We need employees to operate farm equipment during our growing season, to complete duties including tillage, planting, spraying, crop maintenance, harvesting commodities which are all the steps of the growing season. Employees will also need to drive semi-trucks to haul grain, operate tractors and other farm equipment, work the ground, planting, side dressing nitrogen, row cultivation and operate a grain cart. Employees will complete routine maintenance and cleaning on equipment. Grounds and building maintenance and general manual labor. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer’s discretion.

- Employer will conduct post-hire drug tests at no cost to the employee to enforce a drug free workplace policy. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Job requires extensive walking, sitting, pushing, pulling, repetitive movements, frequent stooping and exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must have a CDL or equivalent or be able to obtain within 30 days of hire. Requires 3 months farm experience.
