Job Duties:

Work under this contract will consist of harvesting Bell Peppers and Corn, field packing, loading & stacking, stake removal, tractor and forklift driving, and general labor. Please see Addendum C.

Special Requirements:

The candidate must have at least 3-months of verifiable work experience in agriculture within the past two years, specifically related to Bell Peppers and Corn to avoid crop damage and personal injury. Variable weather conditions. All work must be performed in a manner that exhibits Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) and the utmost food safety at all times. The worker must attend the required orientation, which time will be compensated. Must be able to understand work & safety instructions in English or Spanish, the languages spoken and written in the workplace. Workers who have or are able to obtain as state-issued Drivers' License may be asked to drive company vehicles and other workers.
