Job Description

- Job Duties:
- Worker will be required to perform a variety of duties found in SOC Code 53-7064 including and not limited to: Examine and inspect harvested crops for quality and consistency according to established standards and specifications; Communicate with supervisors about any recurring quality issues or trends; Ensure proper handling and storage of harvested crops to maintain product integrity; Assist with documentation and record-keeping for quality assessments; Monitor sanitation practices and report any violations; Safely operate farm trucks and other agricultural vehicles to transport washed and cleaned crops from processing locations to customers; Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and report maintenance issues promptly; Follow all regulations related to agricultural driving; Secure loads properly to prevent shifting or damage during transport; Maintain accurate delivery and transport records; Job duties must be performed post-harvest and at the end of processing.

- Special Requirements:
- Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a drug test at no cost to the worker and be subject to the employers drug free and alcohol free workplace policy including testing protocols. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
