Job Duties:
Work under this contract will consist of harvesting Iceberg Lettuce and Romaine Lettuce, field packing, loading & stacking, tractor and forklift driving, and general labor. Please see Addendum C.

Special Requirements:
The candidate must have at least 3-months within the last two years of verifiable experience in agriculture within the last 2 years, specifically related to Iceberg Lettuce and Romaine Lettuce to avoid crop damage and personal injury. Variable weather conditions. All work must be performed in a manner that exhibits Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) and the utmost food safety at all times. The worker must attend the required orientation, which time will be compensated. Must be able to understand work & safety instructions in English or Spanish, the languages spoken and written in the workplace.
