- Job Duties:
- Job duties: Workers will be in the farm fields hand picking, harvesting and grading cabbage, pepper and eggplant; count, load and unload to bins in the fields. Handling, pull and or place plastic in the fields, pull weeds, cultivate the soil, plant, prune, and all farm labor related to harvesting cabbage, pepper and eggplant . All jobs will be done under extreme sun light exposition weather conditions, repetitive movements like bending, stooping and heavy lifting up to 52 pounds. Workers will also be pulling weeds, raking, cleaning around shed areas, laying irrigation pipes, and digging ditches. In Georgia farm fields, workers will hand pick 5 gallons eggplant bucket, 5 gallons cabbage bucket, and cabbage box. In Florida farm fields, workers will hand pick 5 gallons eggplant bucket, 5 gallons pepper buckets and, field packing cabbage box.
