- Job Duties:
- Job duties include receiving crop for drying and storage at grain storage facility; disposing of spoiled grain; transporting grain from fields to grain bins; loading and unloading grain into trucks while keeping grain level; operating augers and grain conveying equipment; monitoring grain moisture levels; preparing scale tickets; and shoveling grain. The employer reserves the right to increase workers' pay or provide bonuses based on tenure, performance, or other factors that are solely based on the discretion of the employer.

Job duties will require workers to perform duties outdoors during periods when temperature may exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Job duties will require periods when workers will push, pull, sit, or walk for extended periods.
