- Operate agricultural equipment to perform manure spreading to improve soil quality and enhance nutrient cycling for the upcoming planting season. The work day may begin / end earlier or later on any given day and evening. Typical workweek is Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., and every other weekend. Potential nights and weekends required depending on the weather and business needs.
