- Job Duties:
- The Farm Worker will operate tractors to harvest and bail hay for daily cattle feedings. The Farm Worker is required to have mechanical skills to maintain harvesting equipment, trucks, and trailers. The Farm Worker is responsible for feeding and caring for cattle. The Farm worker will also use tractors and trailers to transport the cattle around the farm and to nearby meatpacking plants as needed. The work day may begin / end earlier or later on any given day and evening. Typical workweek is Monday to Saturday, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m., with potential nights and Sundays required depending on the weather.
