Job Duties:

Employees will perform general winter-related maintenance during the winter months on the farming sites. Employees will be expected to remove snow from farm site and roads during the winter months. Employees will be expected to use and operate shovels and skid loaders for snow removal. Employees will be expected to perform maintenance on said equipment. In the spring, workers will perform spring maintenance by mowing farm sites and performing other light farm maintenance. The worker will be driving a mower and other comparable light farm equipment.

Special Requirements:

Two (2) months of experience required. Other requirements include exposure to extreme temperatures, repetitive movements, extensive pushing and pulling, extensive walking, and frequent stooping. Must be able to lift and carry 75lbs/75yds. Post-employment drug tests are paid for by employer when applicable. The employer reserves the right to conduct a background check post-hire at the employers expense IF the employer deems it necessary.
