Job Duties:

The job to be performed provides seasonal labor and services for livestock ventilation systems to ensure animal health, comfort, and productivity. Duties will include, but not be limited to:  assembling, shipping, installing, cleaning, and maintaining ventilation for livestock operations that rely heavily on climate-controlled, power-ventilated barns to house animals, washing fans, maintaining existing fans. This job requires the operation of farm equipment including, but not limited to: skid loaders, lifts, and pickup trucks. Workers will also be required to remove snow from worksite areas when necessary. Workers will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on livestock equipment. No commercial or heavy truck driving is required. Workers may need to repair and make adjustments to farm buildings. There are few typical days and workers may be required to change duties and/or locations within the farm often and engage in various general agricultural functions. Daily duties may vary depending on livestock, weather, and barn conditions.
