- Work in greenhouse environment preparing spring bedding plants, mums, and poinsettias. Duties to include lifting and moving heavy potted plants, planting, cultivating, watering, plant propagation, filling containers, chemical applications, general maintenance of the greenhouse, including environmental control.

- Special Requirements:
- As required for all workers in Minnesota, hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of 1.5 times the regular rate of pay. Effective Jan 1, 2024, per MN State Statute, an employee will earn one hour of paid sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked, up to at least 48 hours of accrued Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) per year, provided the employee works a minimum of 80 hours in a calendar year.
