Job Duties:

Job duties include receiving crop for drying and storage at grain storage facility; disposing of spoiled grain; transporting grain from fields to grain bins; loading and unloading grain into trucks while keeping grain level; operating augers and grain conveying equipment; monitoring grain moisture levels; preparing scale tickets; shoveling grain; and driving semi-trucks to transport grain to and from the grain bins as needed (no CDL required). Employees will be performing mechanical repair and maintenance on and around the grain bins and semi-trucks as needed. The employer reserves the right to increase workers' pay or provide bonuses based on tenure, performance, or other factors that are solely based on the discretion of the employer.
