Job Duties:

Perform general winter maintenance at sod farm. Troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of automated sod harvesting equipment, related turf/agricultural production equipment and snow removal equipment, including harvesters, mowers, tractors, trucks, forklifts). Perform snow removal from pathways, farm property roadways, and roofs. De-ice and repair water/irrigation pipes. Perform seasonal cleanout of structures on farm as needed to preparing for growing season. Work in all weather conditions. Friday work required when necessary. Ability to lift heavy snow (up to 40 lbs.). 3 months experience with turf production equipment required. Daily work schedule may vary based on weather conditions.

Ability to lift heavy snow (up to 40 lbs). Workers referred against this order must have a minimum of 3 months experience with turf production equipment. Work in all weather conditions. Employer may conduct reference checks pre-hire. Employer agrees to provide to the worker, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned.
