Job Duties:

Worker will perform job duties of a 45-2093 Livestock Worker that may include and are not limited to tasks such as: Attend to live farm animals including cattle by duties such as feeding, processing, treating; Plow, scrape, and move snow; Break ice in watering facilities and thaw pipes and fixtures; Defrost waterers; Salt alleyways; Work with bedding yards; Maintain and repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures such as watering and feeding facilities, corrals, pens; Drive trucks, tractors, and other equipment to distribute feed to animals; Scrape floors and yards; Herd and load cattle; Monitor health condition of cattle; Must speak English.

Special Requirements:

Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate normal non CDL Class D drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a drug test at no cost to the worker and be subject to the employers drug free and alcohol free workplace policy including testing protocols. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
