- Job Duties:
- AEWR; US Workers: AR: $13.40; H2A Workers: AR: $12.27. Worker will be required to perform a variety of duties found in SOC Code 53-7064 Packers and Packagers, Hand such as: Examine and inspect containers, materials, and crops to ensure that quality and specifications are met; Sift according to factors such as color, species, length, width, appearance, feel, smell, and quality to ensure correct processing and usage; Function and monitor crop conditioning tools to ensure efficient and safe conditioning to meet quality standards including running dryers to pull down moisture content; Fill delivery trucks using forklifts, suction gates, shovels, brooms; Weigh crop-filled containers, and record weights and other identifying information; Place crops in containers according to grade; Weigh crops or estimate their weight, visually or by feel; Discard inferior, diseased, rotten, or defective crops or foreign matter, and place acceptable products in containers for further processing; Monitor and report grades; Maintain an organized work environment, including storage areas and surrounding facilities; Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and the team.

- Be able to work in extreme conditions such as heat, humidity, wind, cold. Lift and carry supplies. Follow instructions. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment. . Lift up to 50 lbs.
