Job Duties:
AEWR; US Workers: ND: $12.31; H2A Workers: ND: $11.04. Dismantle defective machines for repair, using hand tools. Repair or replace defective parts, using hand tools, milling and woodworking machines, lathes, welding equipment, grinders, or saws, Reassemble machines and equipment following repair, testing operation and making adjustments, as necessary. Test and replace electrical components and wiring, using test meters, soldering equipment, and hand tools. Lubricate, clean, or repair machinery, equipment, or tools. Operate a semi-truck with hopper bottom or rear dump trailers to deliver commodities produced by the farm to market for sale. Build new farm structures as well as performing carpentry, painting and plumbing on existing structures on the farm. Operate Skid steer, loader, shovels and other tools and equipment to remove snow and ice from buildings, driveways, and other areas. Operate heavy equipment such as skid steers, excavators, tractors, and chain saws to thin or space trees, Prune or shear tree tops or limbs to control growth, increase density, or improve shape. Identify diseased or undesirable trees and remove them. Speak and understand English.

One (1) month of recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
