Job Duties:

AEWR; US Workers: TX: $11.81; H2A Workers: TX: $9.97. Operate large 300+ hp farm equipment and machinery equipped with GPS for assisting with cultivating, tilling, fertilizing, planting, and harvesting grain, oilseed crops, and cotton; Adjust, repair, and service farm machinery; Perform pre planting field and equipment prep to obtain clean seed bed; Operate harvesting equipment to assist with cotton harvest; Assist with vaccinating, ear tagging, supplements and feeding of livestock; Drive farm vehicle to obtain inputs for planting, caring for, harvesting crops; Must speak English.

Special Requirements:

Two (2) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a drug test at no cost to the worker and be subject to the employers drug free and alcohol free workplace policy including testing protocols. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
