Job Duties:

AEWR; US Workers: TX: $11.81; H2A Workers: TX: $9.97. Daily feed and water cows and heifers in preparation for calving, break ice in water troughs; calve cows and heifers, warm calves if too cold; check newborn calves and mothers multiple times daily, record birth weights, tag calves; administer medicine and vaccinations to mothers and calves as necessary; moving cattle between pens with pickup and stock trailer or atv for rotational winter grazing; inspect, maintain, set up, repair equipment, machinery, buildings, pens, yards, and fences.

Special Requirements:

Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a drug test at no cost to the worker and be subject to the employers drug free and alcohol free workplace policy including testing protocols. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
