Job Duties:

We need seasonal employees to assist with raising wheat, barley, soybeans and canola. Job duties will include: prepare fields for planting, attach farm implements such as plows, discs, sprayers, or harvesters to tractors, using bolts and hand tools, operate tractors, planters, sprayers, seed drills, operate other farm equipment, engage in planting, weeding, spraying and/or harvesting activities, fertilize, dust, and spray crops, spray fertilizer or pesticide solutions to control insects, fungus and weed growth, and diseases, using hand sprayers, load and unload crops or materials, manually or using conveyors, hand-trucks, forklifts, or transfer augers, load crops and unload crops, operate equipment to harvest crops harvest agricultural products, operate farming equipment, plant crops, trees, or other plants, prepare land for agricultural use.

Special Requirements:

Three (3) months of recent and verifiable experience in the listed job duties is required. The worker must be able to obtain an appropriate non-CDL drivers license after hire and maintain a clean driving record. Workers must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Upon hire, workers may be required to undergo random drug testing at no cost to them. A positive test result for illegal or controlled substances, or failure to comply, may result in immediate termination of employment.
