Job Duties:

We need seasonal employees to operate equipment and provide application services to pastures and row crop acres. Employees must be able to understand and take directions, operate late-model John Deere equipment, complete routine repairs and maintenance on the equipment, and be part of a functioning team effort. Employees will need to fill fertilizer tanks after being trained, paint tanks to maintain them, clean equipment and do general workshop repairs. Employees will be working long hours during April-May-June. Our typical season starts in January and runs until November. We do not need any employees in mid-Nov to mid-January. We spray fields for farmers and ranchers as well as sell seed to them. Employer may provide pay increases for performance, longevity and/or experience at employer’s discretion. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at their previous season’s rate if that rate exceeds the current published rate.

Special Requirements:

Employer will conduct post-hire drug tests at no cost to the employee to enforce a drug free workplace policy. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Job requires a regular drivers license and 3 months experience.
