- Job Duties:
- Job duties includes caring for livestock in the forms of feeding, assisting with vaccinations and medical visits, watering, calving, and possible herding; moving and putting out hay for cattle; and securing property boarders using materials such as, but not limited to, barbed wire. Employees will operate pickup trucks, mowers, portable power tools, post drivers, and tractors. Manual duties include farm grounds and pasture maintenance such as trimming, mowing, and removing debris; digging ditches; moving hay bales; repairing property boarders and structures as needed; inspection of livestock enclosures, building, tools, machinery, and vehicles to identify needed repairs; and mechanical repair and maintenance of vehicles and equipment. There are few typical days and workers may be required to change duties and/or locations often and engage in various general functions. Daily duties may vary depending on crop, weather, and field conditions. The employer reserves the right to increase workers' pay or provide bonuses based on tenure, performance, or other factors that are solely based on the discretion of the employer.

- Job requires having or being able to obtain a drivers license within 30 days of hire. Basic English literacy skills are required. Job will require periods when workers may be exposed to cold weather conditions and extensive pushing, pulling, sitting, walking, stooping, bending, or repetitive movements.
