- Performs duties like: drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store crops. Attach farm implements, such as planter, disc and drill to tractor. Till soil; plant and cultivate crops. Tow harvesting equipment. Drive and operate self-propelled combine. General lubrication, service (Checking fluids) and incidental repair to farm machinery. Must be willing to conduct yard maintenance and bin site maintenance. General seasonal farm duties. Farming with: Lentils, Peas, Spring Wheat

- Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive pushing and pulling is required. Extensive sitting is required. Extensive walking is required. Frequent stooping is required. Repetitive movements is required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles.
