Job Duties:

General farmhands for Crawfish & Rice - work includes: Help repair and maintain farm equipment, shop, fields, levees, and farm roads. Rice includes: field prep, water maintenance, planting and harvesting of rice & driving tractor; Crawfishing involves manually cutting up of fish bait, baiting of traps; operate crawfish boats; frequent stooping and lifting traps from pond, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., reach or kneel for prolonged period of times,repetitive movements, repair traps, and working outside in inclement weather conditions. Tools, equipment & supplies provided at no cost. Housing provided on the premises at no cost. Transportation & subsistence to the worksite will be paid by the employer upon completion of 50% of the work contract. Employees may make above hourly wage and or receive bonuses based on work performance and experience, may be subject to random drug screen paid by employer upon hire or if suspicions arise--this is a drug free work zone. Must have legal authority to work within the United States.
