Job Duties:
General upkeep & maintenance of farm, shop & equipment. Manually cutting of fish bait, operate push crawfish boat, deliver crawfish to plant, shovel work to include repair levees as needed, frequent stooping, repetitive movements, pushing & pulling, extensive standing & walking and bending to lift traps from pond, lifting requirement of 40 lbs., and working outside in inclement weather conditions. All tools, supplies & equipment provided at no cost. Housing provided on the premises at no cost. Transportation and daily subsistence expenses to the work site will be paid by the employer upon completion of 50% of the work contract. Employees may make above hourly wage and or receive bonuses based on work performance and experience, may be subject to random drug screen paid by employer upon hire or if suspicions arise--this is a drug free work zone. Must have legal authority to work within the United States.
