Job Duties:

Cut fish for bait to be used in traps when in the ponds. load bait into trucks and take to ponds; check traps; operate motorized crawfish boat; traps are removed from the pond, crawfish are emptied into sacks, traps are re-baited and put back into pond. Worker then loads the crawfish sacks into truck and returns to shop; unload crawfish sacks ; check for broken levees and repair traps. Lifting requirement of 40 lbs., repetitive movements & frequent stooping; working outside in inclement weather conditions; all tools, supplies & equipment are provided at no cost; housing provided on the premises at no cost. Transportation & subsistence expenses will be paid by the employer upon completion of 50% of the work contract. Employees may make above hourly wage and or receive bonuses based on work performance and experience, may be subject to random drug screen paid by employer upon hire or if suspicions arise--this is a drug free work zone. Must have legal authority to work within the United States.
