- Job Duties:
- Job Duties may include: Crawfishing involves manually cutting up of fish bait, baiting of traps, operate motorized & push crawfish boats; frequent stooping and lifting traps from pond, dumping crawfish from traps, sacking crawfish, repair traps as needed, load & unload trucks/boats, bringing crawfish to plants; preparing crawfish ponds/fields; setting out traps; picking up traps from fields; stocking crawfish ponds; help repair & maintain farm equipment, shop, fields, levees, worksites and farm roads. Lifting requirement of 40 lbs., repetitive movements, and working outside in inclement weather conditions.
