Job Duties:
Help repair and maintain farm equipment, shop, fields, levees, and farm roads. Crawfishing involves manually cutting up of fish bait, baiting of traps, operate crawfish boat, frequent stooping and lifting traps, lifting requirement of 40 lbs., repetitive movements and working outside in inclement weather conditions. Rice & soybeans to include: Field prep, water maintenance, planting and harvesting of rice & soybeans, pull weeds, assist with loading /unloading rice trucks, maintain rice bins to include clean up rice spills, sweeping rice spills.Tools, supplies & equipment provided at no cost. Housing provided on the premises at no cost. Transportation & subsistence expenses to the worksite will be paid by the employer upon completion of 50% of the work contract. Employees may make above hourly wage and or receive bonuses based on work performance and experience, may be subject to random drug screen paid by employer upon hire or if suspicions arise--this is a drug free work zone. Must have legal authority to work within the United States.
