The job description is for a farmworker for a beef cattle ranch', NACIS code 112111, SOC code 45-0000, ONET code 45-2093 Farmworkers, farm, ranch. The occupational Title is Farmworker Livestock code 410.664.010 with SVP 4. R.H. Smith Family Properties have about 338 cattle in total between bulls, cows, calves, heifers and finishers. The cattle are fed twice a day, the workers treat the cows for pink eye, infections and any other issues they may have. The cattle are rotated to different pastures frequently. The cows get branded, wormed, and vaccinated on a routine schedule. The fences and water lines must always be checked and maintained on these outer pastures.
