Job Duties:

Workers will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, sorting, and packaging various types of agricultural seeds using specialized equipment and manual labor. Operate seed cleaning machinery including air screen cleaners, gravity tables, and seed treaters. Load and unload seed into hoppers, bins, or conveyors. Monitor equipment for proper operation and adjust settings as needed. Remove debris, damaged seeds, and foreign material from seed lots. Bag, label, and stack cleaned seed for storage or shipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas. Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment.

Special Requirements:

Minimum of 2 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. Extensive sitting is required. Repetitive movements is required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. Exceptional performance may be rewarded with additional compensation or benefits at the employers discretion.
