Job Duties:

Perform duties like: Avocado grove management including irrigation, fertilization, weed mitigation, road maintenance, deadwood pruning, new tree planting and harvesting. Grape vineyard management including irrigation, fertilization, weed mitigation, branch pruning, bunch pruning, netting, and harvesting. General landscaping of the facilities. Assistance in farm projects: new irrigation piping, new valve installations, new storage shed construction. Work closely with the on-site team to maximize harvest yields of crops. Workers will be weeding in the groves and vineyards. Weed mitigation is done with a Brush Hog Ag Equipment Attachment in Avocado Groves and Vineyards. Farming with: Avocado, Grape

Special Requirements:

Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Frequent stooping is required. Repetitive movements is required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Exceptional performance may be rewarded with additional compensation or benefits at the employers discretion.
