Job Duties:

Perform several manual tasks during mid winter, spring summer through beginning of Fall months, for ten months, workers will perform work on farms and ranches. Must be able to work under extreme weather, cold and under the hot sun of Texas. From January through end of March, arms, build repair and remodel livestock structures. Erect walls and trusses, install and repair feeders and help assemble feed lines, if needed. Sheet roofs, walls, and repair ceilings. Clean-up site. Workers will work on their feet, bent, stooped, and crouched positions and on ladders up to 10 feet in height for a long period of time. Employees must be able to lift and carry materials or equipment with a weight up to 50 lbs. From May through end of August, Fence repairs, construction of Barn and Stables. September and October, Tin sheeting walls,installing doors, placing and repairing concrete, caulk structures, and welding. Company has grown with the help of 14 temporary workers, now the temporary need must begin in January and complete in October. November, December up to January 9th. Knock Out Punch and Trim will complete duties with one US permanent worker.
