- Job Duties:
- Workers are required to work crawfish ponds in preparation of the harvest, repair and/or prepare traps for distribution in ponds, distribute traps, bait traps, empty traps, rebait traps. They will also be required to pick up traps after harvest and prepare traps form storage and store traps. Workers will be required to perform general farm labor, including but limited to shovel work, minor repair and maintenance to equipment, etc. All workers must be physically able to perform all described work. Drug tests may be done post-hire at no cost to the worker to ensure workers safety and keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination. Worker must abide all posted work and safety rules.
