- Inspects and sorts raw potatoes to remove defective, diseased, or non-conforming products based on size, weight, and quality standards, often using automated machines or manual methods. Duties include operating grading equipment, maintaining machinery, cleaning the work area, performing record-keeping, and ensuring compliance with food safety protocols in agricultural or processing environments. Lift up to 100lbs
