Job Duties:

Farm hands with row crop experience. Basic knowledge of land leveling with gps satellite, diesel mechanics, combines and tractors preferred. 1 month verifiable row crop farming experience required. Strong work ethic with a willingness to work in extreme temperatures. Workers will maintain equipment, facilities, and farm land. They will plant, harvest, maintain cotton, soy beans, corn rice and other crops as determined by market needs. Work entails all aspects of row crop farming including but not limited to installing and removing poly pipe, installing and managing levy gates, operating farm trucks to deliver crops to market. Good attitude with willingness to do difficult manual labor of shoveling or hoeing when necessary. Farmer may pay additional wages based on years of experience and work performance. The job has multiple start dates: two employees on January 15, 2026, four employees on February 1, 2026 and one employee on February 15, 2026.
