- Job Duties:
- We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Farm Workers to join our agricultural team. The Farm Worker will help with genera] farm operations, vehicle/equipment maintenance and repairs. Operate farm equipment such as tractors, wheel loaders, harvesting equipment, baggers and hay equipment. Farm Worker will help with field preparation, hauling seed and fertilizer to the field, truck driving during harvest, upkeep and mowing of properties, cutting and baling of hay. Wil I also assist with the bagging of corn to be sold as deer com. Farm Worker will also assist in fence building, fence painting, washing equipment/vehicles and upkeep of general farm buildings. Basic knowledge of mechanics, electrical wiring, woodworking, welding, fitting and turning are highly beneficial to you and us. The Farm Worker will also assist the custom harvesting crew during harvest season. Employer may, at its sole discretion, provide pay increases based on longevity or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.

- Special Requirements:
- Job requires exposure to outdoor temperatures. Job requires three months' experience with farming. Knowledge with some areas including diesel mechanics, diagnostic technology, welding, fabricating, problem solving, machining, milling, turning, and fitting is highly recommended. You must be able to get along with all your coworkers and your housemates. You must be willing to help with house chores. Be able to obtain a driver's license and possibly a CDL within 45 days.
