Job Duties:

Our season start in February. We need employees to assist in February with harrowing and cultivation of the soil. Planting starts in March. We operate a farming operation where we plant, grow, harvest, and haul sweet corn and snap beans using modern equipment. We need a seasonal employee to assist with all aspects of growing these crops. Employee will need to operate a tractor and other farm equipment and duties will include harrowing, mowing, plowing, and hauling. Employee will complete routine maintenance and repairs on equipment. Employee will also need to install, repair, and maintain center pivot irrigation systems. Occasional harvest overseeing will also be required. Complete general farm duties as assigned. No commercial truck driving is required.

Special Requirements:

Job requires extensive walking, pushing, pulling, frequent stooping and exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures. Employer will conduct post-hire criminal background checks at no cost to the employee and will not employ anyone with a felony/theft criminal background. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Job requires a regular drivers license. Require 3 months experience.
