Job Duties:

We operate a family farm in west central Minnesota. We grow sugar beets, corn and kidney beans. We also clean our own kidney beans and ship to end users. About half of our crops are watered with center pivot irrigators. Our spring planting season starts in mid April and usually runs until the end of May, and harvest begins the end of August and ends in November. Employees will need to haul crops from field to farm and water to spray, operating a quad trac tractor for tillage, operating edible kidney bean equipment, operating and servicing center pivot irrigators, fork lifting, and operating grain cart. Complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Employees will assist with all aspects of growing these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Employer may, at its sole discretion, provide pay increases based on longevity or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.
