Job Duties:

We need seasonal employees to operate farm equipment to do baling, swathing, mowing, weeding, tractor operation, irrigation (pivot and gravity), manure application, construction farm building repairs, oil changes, equipment maintenance and repairs, fence repairs, hauling crop and operate harvest equipment. Employees will also complete other routine farm chores related to the crop production. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at their previous season’s rate if that rate exceeds the current published rate.

Special Requirements:

Must have a regular driver's license. Must be able to lift 75 lbs bales, job requires repetitive movements, extensive walking, pushing, pulling, stooping and exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures. Employer will conduct post-hire background checks and post-hire drug testing to enforce a safe and drug free workplace policy at no cost to the employee. Require 3 months experience.
