Job Duties:

We farm 2,000 acres (corn, wheat and soybeans). We need seasonal workers to assist with our grain production season. Employees will need to do general tractor work. Planting, preparing ground for planting, assisting with harvest and drive a grain cart. Employee will need to haul grain from field to storage and assist with general maintenance. Assist with other farm duties as needed. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Employer may, at its sole discretion, provide pay increases based on longevity or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at their previous season’s rate if that rate exceeds the current published rate.

Job requires extensive walking, repetitive movements, frequent stooping and exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Job requires a regular class C drivers license (or foreign equivalent) and 3 months experience.
