- Job Duties:
- Job duties include but are not limited to: Drive and operate farm machinery. Attach farm implements such as plow, disc and drill to tractor. Operate back hoe, forklift and trucks on the farm. Perform farm maintenance activities like routine inspection of machinery, plows, irrigation systems, weed control, fertilization, and maintenance and repairs of farm buildings/storage areas. General seasonal farm duties assigned like testing soil, screen potato seeds, fertilizing and management of pests and weeds. Tractor tillage work. Maintain and operate irrigation systems. Tow harvesting equipment. General lubrication, service (check fluids) and mechanical repair to farm machinery. Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools or farm workers. Crops: potatoes
