- Job Duties:
- AEWR; US Workers: AR: $13.40; H2A Workers: AR: $12.27. Operate high horsepower tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, and self-propelled machinery (much of which is equipped with GPS) such as combine, sprayer, grain cart, truck, tillage tool to plow, harrow and fertilize soil, or to plant, cultivate, spray, harvest, move to bins crops such as rice, corn, soybeans; Record information about crops such as pesticide use, yields, or costs; Set up, repair, maintain, and operate irrigation equipment for watering crops; Inform farm managers of crop progress; Identify plants, pests, and weeds to determine the selection and application of pesticides and fertilizers; Clean work areas and maintain grounds and landscaping; Regulate conditions; Maintain inventory; Haul and spread topsoil, fertilizer, and other materials to condition soil; Mix materials, dump solutions or seeds into planter or sprayer machinery; Attach implements using hand tools; Guide products on conveyors to regulate flow through machines, discard rotten items.

- Special Requirements:
- Three (2) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 10 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a drug test at no cost to the worker and be subject to the employers drug free and alcohol free workplace policy including testing protocols. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
